Whether you’re a highly sensitive, neurodivergent, or cycle-breaking parent trying to raise children who are just like you, or a parent just trying to better understand & support your sensitively-wired child or partner, you don’t need more “parenting hacks”.
You need space to breathe. Tools that actually work. Advice tailored to your family's unique needs. And a community that gets it.
Welcome to Raising Us, the roadmap you've been waiting for! It's a holistic, family centered, nervous system & trauma-informed parenting membership designed specifically with the needs of highly sensitive, deeply feeling, neurodivergent & cycle breaking families in mind.
It's everything I once needed, and some days still need, as a highly sensitive & neurodivergent mother, with some pretty big childhood traumas of my own, as I parent two wonderfully sensitive, deeply feeling little humans who, let's be honest, don't love to sleep, but do love to see the world in ways that never cease to amaze me.
At its core, Raising Us is about raising ourselves alongside our kids, bringing awareness to the healing work we need to do first, as parents & caregivers, radically transforming the way we parent so that we can access all the tools we need to raise our sensitively-wired families.
Raising Us is truly a one-of-a-kind experience and I can say with confidence that if you show up, and do the work, it will radically transform the way you feel about parenting.

Most parenting programs focus on behaviour
Raising Us focuses on nervous systems, relationships and healing.
We don’t ask, “how do I fix my child?” We ask, “what is their nervous system (and mine) trying to tell us?”
inside of raising us we integrate:
Maybe your parenting journey hasn't gone as planned; maybe things have been harder than you ever imagined; maybe staying regulated, grounded, and centered amidst those difficult moments has felt harder than humanly possible; or maybe there's grief & loss that needs to be witnessed & reflected back to you.
This is a space where we'll peel back the layers of our parenting journeys, unearth our strength & resilience, and bring more connection, joy & ease back into our lives & our relationships with those we love the most.
One of the best assets Raising Us has to offer you is not me, but all the amazing parents & families you'll meet along the way. Whether it's in our community platform or on our live calls, you'll have plenty of opportunities to connect with an incredible group of parents who are on a parenting journey very similar to your own.
You know you want to parent your child in a way that feels deeply aligned & intentional, tuning out all the noise and all those "shoulds", and instead tuning into your intuition and deep sense of knowing, while opening yourself up to learning brand new ways of seeing your child and yourself, and understanding nervous system sensitivity in a whole new light.
This program is built to ensure you take action in your daily life and actually see the results you're hoping to see - whether that's setting appropriate boundaries with your child or loved ones, letting go of any lingering guilt & shame, bringing playfulness & joy into your relationship with your kids or partner, or staying regulated and compassionate in those really hard moments.
Raising Us is different than most parenting programs out there because it understands that living in the world with a more sensitive nervous system requires a more holistic, nervous system, body-based, trauma-informed approach. Which is why that framework will infuse all that we do during our time together.
Are you ready to transform your parenting experience?!
Finding Raising Us was like finding light, or catching a deep breath. I was so stressed, watching my son really really struggle.
Watching me and my husband struggle. I knew there must be more information out there, I knew I wasn't making it up in my head and then Natalie appeared with her sweet demeanour and vast immense of knowledge. I truly felt like I was drowning a bit and then suddenly I was not, and I was swimming beside other caregivers who wanted to help each other get to the other side, whatever that looked like."

Raising Us has been a game-changer for me in terms of understanding all the intricacies of neurodivergence
I look forward to the monthly content being released each time and feel like I can take a deep breath again after I've studied it because my child makes a little more sense to me and I feel more able to parent in ways that affirm and accommodate my child's differences and gifts. Her course has helped me have more compassion for both myself in my parenting journey and my neurodivergent/autistic child. Plus, Natalie is just so darn calming and encouraging and brilliant!
— Emily Johnson
Raising Us is exactly the parenting content I've been searching for. Natalie's thoughtful, nuanced, balanced viewpoint is a breath of fresh air
In an online parenting influencer space that has become dominated by "tricks and hacks." I particularly appreciate her in-depth content that educates me on the science behind the strategies. Natalie is honest about her own parenting struggles and always makes me feel seen and supported. The community itself is absolutely lovely too, I wish I could meet everyone in person and have a group hug.
— DeeDee Andrews
Being part of Raising Us has been so healing. Relating to others, having people who are so incredibly supportive, not to mention all of Natalie's wonderful content.
I realized that, while my daughter will surely benefit from me being a part of this community, it is really me who is healing and growing and benefiting from the sense of community that is so often missing from our day to day.
— Heather alp
Raising Us is the parents circle I've been longing for ever since my sensitive daughter's birth turned my world upside down.
I have gained knowledge here that has empowered me to be more present & calm in my parenting, in my marriage and my relationship with myself, and I've loved giving and receiving support from the other parents in the forum. I love that Raising Us doesn't focus on scripts that never seem to work on my kid, but rather teaches *why* we and our children react the way we do, enabling me to apply my understanding to my specific child and circumstances. This community is packed with so much helpful knowledge and tools and also feels like a warm hug. I highly recommend!

I'll never forget a few weeks after my first child was born, looking at my husband and both of us saying at the exact same time: "WTF!" Followed by, "why didn't anyone tell us it was going to be this hard?"
The sleep struggles. The colicky baby. The traumatic birth. The tongue tie. The reflux. The way our relationship with one another seemed to crumble at our feet. The postpartum insomnia. The undiagnosed postpartum depression & ptsd.
And I came into this parenting experience with a massive clinical toolkit and years of experience helping my clients do this work!
But parenting, especially parenting a sensitively-wired child, as a sensitively-wired person myself, hit me hard. And even with all my training, all my experience as a trauma therapist and an occupational therapist, I was wholly unprepared for how triggering I'd find those early years of parenting little humans and how long it would take me to find my own way.
But I did find my way. I did learn to tune out all that noise. I did take the time to dive deep into understanding my child's needs, as well as my own. While doing a whole lot of healing work along the way. And this membership is here to help you do the same.
Everything inside Raising Us comes from a blend of my own clinical expertise and my lived experience as a mother and I would be honoured to walk this path alongside you.

Let's Break it down
From our workshop library, to our community & coaching, to our accountability, here's what you need to know
There is so much about parenting our sensitively-wired families that never makes it into mainstream parenting conversations. That changes here with these workshops:
02
The most important work we'll do as parents is the healing & reparenting we do with ourselves. Our incredible workshops include:
03
So many families in our community are on a journey of discovering and exploring their neurodivergences. These workshops provide so much clarity in that process:

This pathway is more of a deep-dive course than a series of workshops. Here are the 8 modules you'll get immediate access to:
The Private Podcast Series is a favourite with our community members! In these easily digestible, bite-sized episodes, I answer presubmitted questions from community members, as well as share some of my personal parenting experiences - like the episode where I talk about navigating our preschool transition with my toddler or where I answer questions about getting an autism assessment.
When you join Raising Us you get immediate access to our incredible community platform on Circle. These are your spaces to ask questions, share your wins, find some much needed solidarity on those hard days, engage in our book club and so much more! Plus everything in the platform is searchable, so if you do have a question that's been asked before, you can easily find it and follow the thread!
Every month we hop on a live call where Natalie answers all your questions, provides on the spot coaching to help you unpack what's keeping you or your child feeling stuck, and where we all get to hang out and chat! These calls are recorded, for those who can't make it live, and all the recordings have searchable transcripts and robust summaries, so if you have a specific question, it's very easy to find the answer with a few quick keystrokes!
When you join Raising Us, you instantly unlock our full library of regulation prompts, somatic practices, and beautifully designed downloadable PDFs to support you in real-time moments of parenting. Whether you’re navigating big feelings, looking for grounding tools, or wanting guidance on how to reconnect with your child, everything you need is right at your fingertips.
Raising Us comes with an easy-to-use app you can download on your phone, so you can pop in whenever you need connection or want to listen to some content on-the-go. (Frequently Asked Q's)
Raising Us is built for parents and their capacity. Especially sensitively-wired and neurodivergent parents like me! You don’t need to attend everything live or consume every piece of content to benefit. Think of it as a supportive hub you can drop into when you have 10–20 minutes for a workshop replay, a podcast episode, or a post in the community, that gradually shifts how you move through the day.
Yes. Many parents share the content with a partner or co-parent and invite them to join calls or watch replays. (You can decide together how to pace it.)
All calls are recorded and added to your library. Many members submit questions in advance and watch the replay when it works for their schedule or energy.
If your family feels “more” - more intense, more emotional, more sensitive, more overwhelmed, more dysregulated, more affected by noise/change/sleep - you belong here. And there's no better resource out there to help you unpack how much of your more is related to your or your child's sensitively-wired brain, nervous system, sensitivities, neurodivergences or traumas.
This is not another perfectionistic parenting program. We prioritize nervous system safety, small doable steps, and giving you choice. You can follow a clear pathway or dip in and out as needed; either way, you’re not doing it alone.
